Youth Huza (“we”) operates HUZA FRESH. We collect information you provide when you register, place orders, contact support, or apply as a farmer, such as name, phone, address, and payment phone numbers.
We use this data to process orders, deliver products, send notifications, improve the platform, and prevent fraud. Mobile money payments are processed via MTN / Airtel; we do not store your MoMo PIN.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share order details with assigned delivery staff so Youth Huza can fulfill your order. Farmer verification documents are used only for procurement approval and are not shown to customers.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting [email protected]. Guest checkout data is retained as needed for order history and legal compliance.
